A public hearing has been scheduled for the Collier County Planning Commission to hear the two applications for rezoning and an amendment to the County’s Growth Management Plan regarding the ONE Naples project. Your participation can be either in person, or virtual. For those of you who are up north, or otherwise unable to attend in person, this virtual alternative presents an unprecedented opportunity for you to participate in this process. In addition, you may send in letters or emails expressing your objections, opinions and concerns ahead of time.
We do not yet have access to the staff report regarding the project. We will be forwarding that to you when it’s available.
